Chase Henton
Chief Executive Officer
Chase Henton’s journey into the construction and insurance industries started long before Karizma Claims — on a farm in Emporia, Kansas, where he spent his early years building and working with his hands. His professional career began in 2016 as a commercial roofing contractor and supervisor in Kansas City. After moving to the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Chase transitioned into roles as a sales manager and estimator for a general contractor focused on storm restoration.
What started as helping local contractors with estimating quickly grew into a full-time endeavor, as word of Chase’s expertise and attention to detail spread throughout DFW. This led to the founding of Karizma Claims, which Chase now leads as CEO. He is also a co-owner of a public adjusting and insurance appraisal firm headquartered in DFW.
Chase holds public adjuster licenses across multiple states, as well as the Certified Property Appraiser Umpire (CPAU) certification through the IAUA.
His leadership philosophy is rooted in his core values:
God and family first, ethics through integrity, and accuracy over profit.
When he's not working, Chase enjoys spending time outdoors in the Colorado mountains — whether fishing along the Rio Grande or hiking new trails. He’s also an avid gamer and a proud husband and father to two young boys.
Blaine Platt
General Manager
Originally from Virgil, Kansas, Blaine Platt joined Karizma Claims after taking a leap of faith in 2021, moving to the Dallas–Fort Worth area alongside Chase Henton. Recruited initially to work at a construction company, Blaine soon became an integral part of Karizma Claims when Chase branched out to build the company.
As General Manager, Blaine is the operational backbone of Karizma Claims. He oversees the day-to-day flow of estimates, manages most client communications, and serves as the key liaison between contractors and insurance carriers. His sharp attention to detail, consistent reliability, and transparent communication style make him invaluable to both the team and Karizma’s clients.
Known among colleagues as the “standard for integrity and honesty,” Blaine takes pride in delivering exceptional service while upholding the company’s commitment to ethical business practices. He also values the flexibility of his role — which gives him time to pursue his passions.
When he’s not at work, Blaine can be found racing RC cars across the country. With numerous sponsorships from major brands in the racing world, the team often jokes that he’s a semi-professional race car driver. Outside the racing scene, Blaine enjoys time with his significant other and their dog, Asher.
