Unlike many supplement and estimating firms, we only charge flat rates or hourly fees.
Why Flat or Hourly Rates?
The simple answer: It’s the only ethical way to charge.
The more technical explanation: Any other structure — especially contingency-based or percentage-based fees — borders on the unlicensed practice of public adjusting (UPPA). Our firm refuses to operate in any legal or ethical grey areas.
Every member of our team holds professional licenses and certifications that we take seriously. We will never risk those — nor your business reputation — by operating outside clear, professional boundaries.
