Karizma Claims began unintentionally, founded by Chase Henton in Roanoke, Texas. While working as an in-house estimator and handling insurance supplements for a storm restoration contractor, Chase’s expertise quickly gained attention. Referrals from the contractor’s network of friends and family led Chase to assist other construction businesses with their estimating needs. What started as casual help soon snowballed into a thriving business.

Recognizing the growing demand, Chase partnered with his lifelong friend Blaine Platt. Together, they committed to building a service model that not only streamlined processes for contractors but also respected the integrity of the construction and insurance industries.

Today, Karizma Claims has evolved into a respected estimating firm, trusted by both contractors and insurance adjusters across the country. With clients spanning 13 states and involvement in projects representing hundreds of millions of dollars, Karizma Claims continues to set high standards in the industry.

We serve a diverse range of professionals in the construction ecosystem, including contractors, insurance appraisers, public adjusters, and expert witnesses. Our team holds IAUA Certified Appraiser credentials, maintains public adjuster licenses in seven states, and carries additional specialized certifications to ensure the highest quality of service.
